Our unique 40 Points of Exposure Network Audit is a highly sensitive review of your business’s computer network. If you are a small business owner, then it is imperative that you have all of the necessary knowledge to keep your computer network healthy. We review your computer network to analyze for dangers such as;

But as with any multi-part system, there is always the chance of something going undetected that could potentially cause massive problems. How IT Works

The actual audit is quite simple – one of our certified field technicians will come out to your location and perform the following steps:

• Sit with the person in your office who has the most knowledge of your computer network and answer a few questions

• After the q&a, the technician will perform an exploratory review of your computer network identifying the device and function

• After the network review, the technician will perform a random PC scan looking for user configuration, backup and system configuration

• As soon as the technician has all of the required information, it will be fed through our Network Audit software which will generate a customized report on the points of your network that are exposed to failure.

The technician will then review the 4 sections of your infrastructure (Backup, Systems, Security and Network) highlighting only the areas of extreme exposure – as to maximize your time.

After the technician has reviewed the audit with you, the entire report will be emailed to you. Within 1 business day, you will receive a phone call from an account manager to work with you in creating a project plan to upgrade or fix any or all of the points of exposure.
