About Us

Our vision at Now IT Works is to become the most efficient department in your company.

One of the key goals in any system we design is stress reduction. Our motto is to be proactive and address trouble areas before they become issues. Therefore, client dashboards show back-up reports and monitor all account activity. The personalized view of your system will also show requests, open tickets, response statuses and past helpdesk calls.

Your system will be constructed with automated backups and configured to generate periodic reports. Automated system checks are later verified by a Now IT Works professional – by hand.

Inevitably, technology challenges will occur. When this happens, Now IT Works believes you deserve personalized attention.

To this end, when you call in with a technical problem you reach a live dispatcher. The Now IT Works Help Desk represents a centralized control room: From here the dispatcher communicates directly with a field technician to alert them of your situation.

Now IT Works technicians will respond by phone, email, remote access to your machines or in person depending on the severity of your problem. When you have a call into the helpdesk, you can check the ticket response status online within an hour of submission. Our final step is a Quality Assurance follow-up to make sure the issue is resolved and that you received the service you expected, and deserve.
