This philosophy is used to give our client requests ultimate priority, along with a promise to move the issue towards completion.
Not only is this taught during training, and discussed on our weekly team conference call, but it is implemented into our policies and procedures. Every ticket is always in a proactive state.
When we talk about Resolve It. No Excuses, we mean taking action until the problem has been resolved fully. In order to take action, we utilize the technology available from the product that keeps us on track - ConnectWise.

ConnectWise is our Business Operating System. It provides us with the organizational tools for project management tasks, helpdesk tracking and employee productivity reports that allow us to maintain the technology fleet for our many clients.

All client requests go to into a Helpdesk bucket. This bucket is designed to be easy to use, so your requests can be completed faster. Having only 6 statuses on this board means there is less chance of tickets being 'lost in the shuffle'.
