Technology Fleet Review

Fixed Fees

Over the years, prospective clients have taught us that creating an IT Department budget is not on everyone’s To-Do list. We are able to provide some financial relief by offering our monthly services on a fixed cost basis.

When we sign a new client agreement, Now IT Works states the following will be provided:

  • Fixed monthly IT support fee
  • Itemized list of services offered and what equipment is covered
  • Up-to-date announcements of aging technology fleet components

Response Guarantees

Most new clients have 2 questions:

  • When will you work on my issue?
  • How much is it going to cost?

The first question is easy to answer because you decide. Currently, we offer hourly Guaranteed Response times (1, 2, 4 or 8-hour), all of which include the following:

  • A technician will be actively working on your request within the Guaranteed Response time
  • Access to a web-based client portal to review the status of each Help Desk ticket
  • Now IT Works policies and procedures to ensure we hit your Guaranteed Response
